We've been doing Weddings now for nearly 15 years!  We've got a lot of experience and we LOVE what we do!

As for when your Guests start to Arrive from the Shuttle, we include Fruit Water, Sun Tea, Lemonade, and a Coffee Station - we will even make Popcorn for your Guests when they arrive in case they are hungry!


Items we do not include for you:  Officiant, Dessert (but we will serve and display it), Flowers (but we do have a lot of nice milk glass vases, jars, bottles, etc. for you to use).  If you would like Appetizers you are also welcome to bring those in or add them on with the Caterer chosen for your Wedding Dinner.  


We include a Prop House full of fun things (rustic signs, vintage luggage, old birdcages, table numbers, etc.) for you to use for Decor for your Wedding!  We will even put the items where you want them if you give us a list!  We have a French Door that we can have one of our girls who has incredibly cute handwriting put your guest list by table / window pane, on our French Doors, so everyone knows where to sit!

How We Do Weddings

We are an Old California Ranch, called "The Condor's Nest Ranch", located in North San Diego, Pala, California. We are a small family run Wedding Venue. We enjoy sharing our Glass and Adobe Ranch Style Home and Cottage (originally the bunkhouse) on a 15 acre Property. We enjoy Weddings, as we get to meet with the couples and their families and friends. It's a fun process, and quite low stress and low key, which allows everyone to enjoy themselves and use the property as their own, while we bring in all of the components to put on an Incredible, Magical, Wedding!


The Ranch started way back in 1862 and the Ranch House was later redesigned by Frank Lloyd Wright's Senior Apprentice Frederick (Fritz) Liebhardt, in 1962. It took 4 years to build by the famous Weir Brothers, and was finished in 1966. The Ranch House is built in the shape of a cross. It's truly unique and very special!


We try to keep the process very simple. We have an incredible team, who truly enjoys each and every Wedding! Our couples get to choose which Caterer they would like (included in their Wedding Package Price) for their Wedding Reception Dinner, at the time of our "Tasting" done in February each year, prior to the Weddings for that year. Other vendors will be at the Tasting in February as well, so our couples can find everyone they need at the Tasting if necessary!


We are an "All-Inclusive" Wedding Venue, and we include just about everything! The Ceremony & Reception Site; (completely private, no multiple Weddings for us, just 1 per weekend!). We have a full staff that does the Set-up and take-down / clean-up and we include all of the Wedding Furniture: We have Round Tables or Long, Gold Chiavari Chairs, White folding chairs with pad, we've got White Linens, Silver Flatware, Mismatched China, and we bring in for you: the Bar Service; we include the DJ / Master of Ceremonies and 1 sound system, he has the microphone, etc.! We include a day of Coordinator for you to run the day of festivities. She will meet with you ahead of time to go over all of the details so on day of you are just relaxing and enjoying each moment.
